Vern Hickman will be teaching a cooking class on Sat., November 15 from 10am to 12pm. This particular class will consist of how to make a delicious clam chowder with variations on the theme in case you don't like clams.
There will also be a demonstration on how to prepare a self-basting moist and tender turkey for Thanksgiving as well as how to prepare a prime rib roast as a Christmas dinner.
There will also be a question and answer time and Vern always likes to throw in a lot of extra tidbits of information along the way. PLEASE be sure and register before the deadline of Sunday, Nov. 9 so that we can prepare the right amount of food for tasting. Cost is $5/person.
Also, please bring a pen and paper so you can take notes.
